The location is superb for adults and children who enjoy fun and frolics with water and theme parks. Travel to Walt Disney, Universal Studios and others within just 20 minutes away. Busch gardens, the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are less than hours drive.

 

There are many golf courses in Florida, maybe too many to visit in one stay at the villa. The nearest course would be only 4 minutes around the corner and is the famous Champions Gate golf course, designed by a champion golfer and popular throughout Florida.

Around Champions Gate you will find shops, restaurants and fast food outlets along with golfing retailers and sports shops.

Other local attractions include the cinema, bowling alley, shopping mall, and the beaches all within a 20 minute driving distance from the villa.
The nearest airport is Sarasota, followed by Tampa and then Orlando, with so much travelling to do it might be worth while going to the airports and collecting your Florida car hire.
